If you are looking for a varied programme of events, the municipality of Losheim is the right place for you. We show our most creative side at over 200 events every year.
Guided hikes, culinary events, markets, concerts, lectures, cinema evenings or cabaret - there is something for every taste.

The event site with a view of the reservoir
Music greats such as PUR, Die Ärzte, Peter Maffay, CRO and many more have already performed at our venue. We offer our guests an unforgettable experience right on the lakeshore with different music acts every year.
We start the festival season on a rocking note with the Hexentanz festival in April, followed by "SR Klassik am See" with fireworks in July and the Lucky Lake Festival for all techno enthusiasts in August.
Historical feeling in the railway hall
It gets loud in the listed railway hall. With bands such as Revolverheld, In Extremo and Fury in the Slaughterhouse and many more, our location has made a name for itself in recent years. Well-known faces such as Marcel Adam, Bernd Stelter, Mundstuhl and Dieter Nuhr have also been guests in the culture/comedy sector.
Regular events such as the traditional arts and crafts market at Whitsun, the traditional steam locomotive and railway post festival in August, the Christmas market on the 1st weekend in Advent and the Losheim Christmas variety show are well worth a visit.
The insider tip for culture enthusiasts - the Saalbau theatre
Cabaret meets newcomers in the centre of Losheim. Artists such as "die Tollkirschen", Popa Chubby and the Ghosttown Company have already performed here. Cover bands of great artists also perform here regularly.

Film culture with a difference - the Lichtspiele cinema
Charming, rustic, cosy
The atmospheric ambience of our cinema in the town centre makes every film evening an experience. Special film series such as "Der Besondere Film", "Kirche im Kino" or the "Kreis-Kinder-Kino" complete the offer.
