Dream Loops Saar-Hunsrück

A total of 9 of the 111 dream loops in the Saar-Hunsrück premium hiking region can be found in the municipality of Losheim am See. Picturesque views, romantic stream valleys, beautiful forest landscapes - each of our circular hiking trails is unique. But they all have something in common. The good signposting and attention to detail ensure a relaxing tour through our high forest landscape.

The Saar-Hunsrück Dream Loops 

are a unique range of premium circular hiking trails around the Saar-Hunsrück Climb in Germany. There are 111 of these unique, high-quality trails between the Saar, Moselle, Nahe and Rhine, 30 of which are in the Saarschleifenland. They are between 6 and 20 kilometres long and range from easy short trails to challenging day tours. The special thing about the dream loops is their high quality. All of them are certified with the German Hiking Seal. But that's not all. While 45 so-called experience points are sufficient to receive the seal, all dream loops are rated with at least 60 experience points. Many have significantly more, the best have over 100, which is unique in Germany and an exceptional promise of quality.
